Siemens Prepares Suit Against Ex-Board Members

Law360, New York (July 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Siemens AG announced Tuesday that it would bring damages claims against 11 of its former executives for their role in a corruption scandal that ensnared the German engineering and information technology firm.

Claims will be asserted against former CEOs Heinrich von Pierer and Klaus Kleinfeld, along with Johannes Feldmayer, Thomas Ganswindt, Edward G. Krubasik, Rudi Lamprecht, Heinz-Joachim Neubürger, Jürgen Radomski, Uriel Sharef, Günter Wilhelm and Klaus Wucherer, according to a resolution adopted by the company's supervisory board.
