State Farm Fights Scrugges' Bid To Shield Testimony

Law360, New York (July 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- State Farm Fire & Casualty Co. is fighting a bid by Richard “Dickie” Scruggs and his son to shield from public view their sworn testimony in a Hurricane Katrina damages lawsuit, arguing that the disgraced plaintiffs' lawyers haven't met their burden to show good cause to seal their depositions.
