Microsoft Sues Online Test Prep Co. For Infringement

Law360, New York (July 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Microsoft Corp. is suing a U.K.-based online test preparation company for allegedly stealing questions the software giant uses on certification exams for information technology professionals.

In a suit filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, Microsoft accused operators of the Web site of copyright infringement for allegedly using proprietary content in practice tests they sell online.
