Law360 (July 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has held that a group of public entities are alter egos of the state, paving the way for their two federal product liability cases alleging Hoover Universal Inc. sold roof construction materials that deteriorated due to a fire-retardant chemical to be reheard in state court.
