Critics Want Wal-Mart Probed Over Election Laws

Law360, New York (August 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Critics are calling for the Federal Election Commission to investigate whether Wal-Mart Stores Inc. broke the law by telling workers that a strong showing for Democrats in November would translate to a boon for labor unions and negative consequences in the workplace.
