U.S. Trustee Objects To Fedders Liquidation Plan

Law360, New York (August 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. trustee in the bankruptcy proceedings for air conditioner maker Fedders Corp. has filed objections to two aspects of the company's liquidation plan, which is scheduled for a confirmation hearing this month.

Roberta DeAngelis filed the objections Thursday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, citing two aspects of the plan she said exceed the boundaries of applicable law.
