Execs Feeling Weary About E-Discovery: Study

Law360, New York (August 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A substantial number of companies say they feel unprepared for e-discovery, and an even greater number of chief executives say that as the pressure to keep track of their electronic documents rises, they are seeing the volume of data growing to unmanageable sizes, according to a survey released on Monday.
