Doha Debacle Sparks Talk Of Suit Against U.S.

Law360, New York (August 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In the wake of the Doha talks at the World Trade Organization falling apart last week, Brazil has reportedly voiced its intention to sue the United States over what it believes are illegal subsidies and other trade barriers.

Brazil would seek legal action against the United States, The Financial Times reported Monday, pointing to an interview with the country's foreign minister.
