Ex-Wachovia VP Sues For Reverse Gender Bias

Law360 (August 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former Wachovia Corp. vice president and assistant general counsel has sued his former employer on charges of reverse gender discrimination, alleging that his female boss treated him differently than she did his female co-workers and ultimately fired him because he was male.
