Fed. Circ. Affirms Judge Presiding Over Microsoft Case

Law360, New York (August 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that a district judge did not have to recuse himself from a digital security provider’s patent infringement case against Microsoft Corp. after the court hired an unpaid judicial intern with connections to the software company.
