9th Circ. Revives Harassment Suit Against Boeing

Law360, New York (August 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has reversed a district court ruling and revived a sex discrimination lawsuit brought by a female mechanic against the Boeing Company, saying she was subjected to an unlawful hostile work environment and to retaliatory actions by the aerospace giant.
