Sierra Club Can't Double-Dip In EPA Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (August 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Sierra Club's lawsuit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency alleging the regulator failed to collect money from mining and other industries for hazardous cleanup precludes a second request that the court review EPA's actions or its failure to act, a federal judge ruled Friday.
