9th Circ. Partially Reverses Global Express Ruling

Law360, New York (August 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has partially overturned a favorable verdict for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in a case filed against two executives of Global Express Capital Real Estate Investment Fund, reversing the part of the decision that granted summary judgment against the fund's CEO.
