Immigration Audit, Regulations Unlawful: Law Firm

Law360 (August 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The law firm of Fragomen Del Ray Bernsen & Loewy LLP has sued the U.S. Department of Labor, asking a federal court to halt the department's audit of more than 2,500 cases the firm had filed on behalf of clients seeking to obtain permanent work authorization for foreign employees.
