Judge Unseals Opinion In Exxon Indonesia Case

Law360 (August 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As Exxon Mobil Corp. fights charges that its security forces tortured and killed Indonesian villagers, a U.S. judge has said that the public has the right to access a recent order denying the company's motion to dismiss the case.

U.S. Judge Louis F. Oberdorfer ruled Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia that the court's July 18 memorandum and order be completely unsealed.
