Bitter End For Plaintiffs In Aspartame Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (August 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A purported antitrust class action against manufacturers and distributors of the artificial sweetener aspartame reached its end Monday when a federal judge granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment because the plaintiffs did not file their suit within the statute of limitations.
