EPA Sues Allied Waste For Idle Trucks

Law360, New York (August 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has asked a federal judge to fine Allied Waste Management Services of Massachusetts LLC about $2 million for allegedly leaving its trucks in idle for longer than the permitted five minute maximum on numerous occasions.
