Americold Asks High Court To Set Trust Citizenship Standards

Law360, New York (May 29, 2015, 5:12 PM EDT) -- Americold Logistics LLC has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on its insurance dispute with ConAgra Foods Inc. and others in order to set a standard for establishing a trust's citizenship, claiming that lower courts are in "disarray" over the issue.
