Fed. Circ. Favors Dr. In Cordis Patent Suit

Law360 (August 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has largely sided with a doctor in a patent infringement suit against Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Cordis Corporation and sent a willfulness claim back to the district court for reconsideration under new case law.
