Five Years In Making, Milberg Indictment Targets Repeat Plaintiffs

Law360 (May 19, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors spent more than five years assembling the indictment of plaintiffs firm Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman and two of its former partners, and it shows. The 105-page complaint includes pages of minute details outlining the kickback scheme allegedly carried out at the firm.
