Bayer Seeks To Toss Fraud Claims From Trasylol MDL

Law360, New York (August 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bayer AG has asked a judge to dismiss fraud claims from a multidistrict lawsuit against the drugmaker over its now-recalled Trasylol, a drug used to reduce blood loss during surgery, saying that the plaintiffs have not pleaded the claim with sufficient particularity.
