Korea's Antitrust Verdict Against Microsoft Upheld

Law360, New York (May 22, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In the latest development in battles between Microsoft Corp. and antitrust regulators in the U.S. and abroad, the Korea Fair Trade Commission upheld a fine of ₩32.5 billion—about $33 million—against the software giant, affirming its earlier finding that the company abused its dominant market position.
