Gas Shippers Lose Class Bid In Kickback Suit

Law360, New York (August 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied certification to a proposed class of natural gas shippers that sued pipeline company Columbia Gas Transmission Corp. over an alleged scheme in which Columbia gave services to other natural gas shippers in exchange for kickbacks.
