6th Circ. Approves Key Bank ATM Fee Notice

Law360, New York (August 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Upholding a decision by a lower court, an appellate judge has ruled that an ATM that charges customers a user fee is permitted to display a notice that the user “may” be charged, as long as the customer is then prompted to accept the fee.
