Barr Still On The Hook In Ovcon Antitrust Suit

Law360 (August 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to throw out three antitrust class actions accusing Barr Pharmaceuticals Inc. of accepting a $20 million payment in exchange for keeping a generic version of oral contraceptive Ovcon off the market, thereby inflating the price of the drug.
