DOJ Wants More Info On Waste Management Deal

Law360 (August 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Waste Management Inc., the national provider of waste removal and environmental services, has received another request for information from the U.S. Department of Justice about the company's second failed attempt to purchase rival Republic Services Inc.
