Politics, Economy May Get Shareholders Say On Pay

Law360, New York (August 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The sorry state of the U.S. economy has brightened the outlook for “say on pay” proposals, as an angry American public increasingly dumps blame on company executives for bringing down the economy while taking home fat paychecks.
