GE Commercial Ponies Up For Dura Emergence

Law360, New York (August 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- GE Commercial Finance Corporate Lending announced Thursday that it led a $110 million plan of reorganization credit facility for auto parts maker Dura Automotive Systems Inc.

The money, GE Commercial said, will be used to allow Dura to complete reorganization as it finishes its emergence from bankruptcy protection. A judge approved its reorganization plan in May.
