Law360, New York (July 7, 2015, 7:47 PM EDT) -- Dentons’ U.S. arm told the U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday that it has an “acute” interest in undoing a disqualification order targeting the foundation of its verein business model, asking the commission to reconsider the firm’s removal from a patent case against Gap Inc.
The megafirm, which recently became the largest in the world, argued in the filing that its interest in appealing an order implicating its business, finances and reputation “could not be more acute.”
