Boston Scientific Scores Big Win In Patent Dispute

Law360 (May 30, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court gave Boston Scientific Corporation the green light to take a bite out of the multi-billion dollar U.S. market for drug-coated coronary stents last week when it affirmed two lower court rulings holding that Boston Scientific’s stents did not infringe on four patents held by Medtronic Inc.
