Okla. Appeals Injunction Of Illegal Worker Law

Law360 (August 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The state of Oklahoma has challenged a federal judge's order blocking employment provisions of a sweeping state law regarding illegal immigration.

On Monday, Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson's office appealed in the U.S. Court of Appeal for the 10th Circuit a federal court's injunction against worker-related sections of the Oklahoma Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act of 2007.
