NLRB Says Co. Timed Bonuses To Sway Union Election

Law360, New York (July 9, 2015, 7:32 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Wednesday ordered a custodial contractor in Virginia to hold a new United Food and Commercial Workers International election after finding the unsuccessful original election was tainted by the company’s curiously timed distribution of bonus checks to some employees.
