Law360, New York (August 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Saying it needs three more months to review the number and extent of claims against it, bankrupt consumer electronics entity Twtr Inc. asked a judge on Thursday to grant an extension of its exclusivity period as it makes “good-faith progress” in coming up with a plan of reorganization.
It was the fourth such request in the case, in re Twtr et al, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The company's third extension request expires on Sep. 3.
