Law360, New York (August 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- There is a growing likelihood that Congress will soon pass legislation giving the U.S. Food and Drug Administration the power to regulate tobacco production and marketing – a move that could decrease the significant litigation risk faced by tobacco companies, according to Fitch Ratings analysts.
