D.C. Circ. Says No To Mad Cow Testing

Law360 (August 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has sided with the U.S. government in a fierce debate over whether a private meat packer had the right to test its animals for mad cow disease, shooting the case back down to the lower court for further consideration.
