Wickes Gets More Time For Removal Notices

Law360, New York (September 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has granted Wickes Furniture Co. Inc. more time to file notices of removal with respect to civil actions filed against it after the national furniture retailer told the court it had been focusing its time and resources on selling its assets in its ongoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and not on reviewing the civil actions.
