Star Scientific Asks Fed. Circ. For New Trial Judge

Law360, New York (September 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Star Scientific Inc. has asked the federal appeals court that breathed new life into its patent suit against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. Inc. to make sure that a different judge oversees the case when it returns to district court on remand.
