Northwest Airlines Not Off The Hook In ADA Suit

Law360, New York (September 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A case filed by five disabled travelers against Northwest Airlines and the Wayne County Airport Authority over complaints about safely accessing flights out of Detroit Metro Airport has survived a motion to dismiss and will proceed.

“Discovery will be allowed to go forward,” said lawyer Mike Blau of the Law Offices of Samuel I. Bernstein, who represents the plaintiffs in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
