Judge Orders Massey To Rehire UMWA Miners

Law360 (September 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has partially granted an injunction petition by the National Labor Relations Board and has ordered a Massey Energy Co. subsidiary to offer jobs to a group of union workers pending Massey's appeal of a ruling.
