Microsoft: New Antitrust Suit Imminent

Law360, New York (June 2, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Microsoft Corp. expects to be the target of yet another antitrust suit, after talks between the software giant and Adobe Systems Corp. over Microsoft’s plan to include PDF functions in upcoming versions of its office software, have ended without a resolution.
