Blue Cross Loses Bid To Toss Monopsony Claims

Law360, New York (September 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district court judge has refused to reconsider his decision not to toss a lawsuit accusing Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina of abusing its dominant position in the state's health insurance market.
