EEOC Sues L.A. Pipeline For Racial Discrimination

Law360, New York (September 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Commission has sued L.A. Pipeline Construction Co. for allegedly subjecting black employees to a hostile work environment in violation of the Civil Rights Act.

The EEOC filed the suit against the Ohio-based pipeline builder Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Ohio. The suit seeks relief for L.A. Pipeline employee Kevin Madden and a class of other black employees.
