Sierra Club's Amended Complaint Fights Coal Plants

Law360, New York (September 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- By adding a power supplier company as a defendant, the Sierra Club has slightly revised its lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Agriculture for illegally approving a coal-fired plant in western Kansas.
