Appeals Court Dismisses Injunction Vs. eVisa

Law360 (January 2, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit dismissed Visa International’s motion for an injunction against the use of the domain name eVisa, court documents show.

The unpublished opinion, filed shortly before the Christmas holiday, was disclosed last week. The panel consisted of Judges Carlos Bea, Marsha Berzon and Richard Paez.
