Mechanics Hit Goodyear With Wage-And-Hour Action

Law360, New York (September 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. mechanics have filed a Fair Labor Standards Act proposed class action in the same court where the company is facing a similar suit filed by its sales associates.

Tire shop mechanics sued Goodyear Monday in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Monday in an effort to recover overtime wages.
