6th Circ. Revives FLSA, First Amendment Suit

Law360, New York (September 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has resurrected a case brought by a woman who alleged that a Michigan nonprofit organization violated the Fair Labor Standards Act and her First Amendment rights by firing her after she told a local reporter about allegations of sexual harassment at her workplace.
