MillerCoors Sued Over Alcoholic Energy Drink

Law360, New York (September 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A food safety advocacy group has sued MillerCoors Brewing Corp. for deceptively marketing its Sparks alcoholic energy drink, which the group claims contains unapproved additives.

The Center for Science in the Public Interest filed the suit Monday in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia on behalf of itself and in the interests of D.C. consumers.
