Fla. Appeals Court Upholds Sugar Farm Water Release Permits

Law360, Miami (August 7, 2015, 10:55 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Friday rejected a challenge by Florida Audubon Society and affirmed an administrative order upholding a state agency's interpretation of the Everglades Forever Act in granting permits for several sugar farms to discharge water into water treatment areas.
