Former EPA General Counsel Returns To Sidley

Law360, New York (September 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former general counsel to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has made his way back to Sidley Austin LLP, where he will get clients up to speed on climate change and clean energy.

Roger R. Martella Jr., once a former associate at the law firm, has returned as a partner with the environmental team in the Washington, D.C., office after spending a decade honing his practice at the EPA and U.S. Department of Justice.
