Enviro Groups Sue To Stop Puget Sound Barge Dock

Law360 (September 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three Washington state environmental groups on Tuesday asked a federal judge to overturn a permit issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to build a barge loading dock on a protected section of Puget Sound.
